I don’t care if the Pope calls; I’m not going to any other company.

I commit to FOCUS my energy on what I do best and be humble enough to let my team members handle those areas where I am weak.

I’m committed to putting my team ahead of my own personal interests and trying to do what’s right in the eyes of everyone.

I’m committed to using my gifts to promote this company and to elevate its stature as far as my reputation will allow.

I will not merely tell you what you should do; I will walk alongside of you, mentoring you until you master the skills required to succeed.

I will answer your emails and calls promptly.

If I can’t help you or I don’t know the answer, I’ll find someone who can help and/or who does know the answer.

I won’t blow smoke or promote hype.

I’ll always be real and straight-up with you.
