Apprenticeship. It was how ancient Rabbis raised up the next generation of teachers in Judaism. It was the pattern Jesus established for his disciples. It’s the pattern the Apostle Paul modeled throughout the New Testament. It’s how tradesman throughout history passed down their trade. It’s even Donald Trump’s success strategy!
